The Selection Note
This is Rosen Tantau’s new Tropicana, a different rose from the 1960 variety of the same name, and the fragrance is the first thing anyone notices. The flowers are very full-petaled, strongly scented and drop their petals cleanly. The plant is extremely vigorous yet tidy, with a habit that has been consistent from one site to the next. Easy to grow, and very disease-resistant in every one of our evaluations.
